Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how MazBot users can request deletion of their personal data and Meta-related integration data connected to MazBot.

Overview

MazBot is a WhatsApp Business automation and CRM platform that may connect with Meta services, including WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta Ads, and Meta Conversions API, depending on the features enabled by each business user.

If you have connected MazBot with your Meta account, WhatsApp Business Account, Meta Ads account, or any other supported Meta integration, you can request deletion of the data associated with your MazBot account by following the instructions below.

What Data May Be Deleted

Depending on the MazBot features you use, deletion may include the following types of data:

  • MazBot account profile information, such as name, email address, and business details.
  • Meta login information connected to MazBot, such as Meta user ID and authorized permissions.
  • Meta Ads connection data, such as connected ad account IDs, campaign/ad references, and synced reporting data.
  • WhatsApp Business integration settings connected to MazBot.
  • WhatsApp conversations and contacts stored inside MazBot for the connected WhatsApp account.
  • Meta Conversions API settings, such as dataset configuration and related conversion event logs.
  • Conversation attribution records used for Click-to-WhatsApp reporting and conversion tracking.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you can access your MazBot account, you can remove your connected WhatsApp account directly from:

Settings → WhatsApp → Remove WhatsApp Account

If you cannot access your account, for example because your subscription has expired and you do not want to renew it, you can request deletion by contacting us using the email address below:

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your MazBot account email address.
  • Your business name or workspace name inside MazBot.
  • The Meta account or integration you want removed, if applicable.
  • A clear statement that you want your data deleted.

Deleting WhatsApp Account Data from MazBot

If you can access your MazBot account, you can permanently delete your connected WhatsApp account data directly from your dashboard.

To do this, go to:

Settings → WhatsApp → Remove WhatsApp Account

When you click Remove WhatsApp Account, MazBot will permanently remove the WhatsApp account connection and delete the related WhatsApp conversations and contacts stored in MazBot for that connected WhatsApp account.

Important: This action is permanent. Deleted WhatsApp conversations and contacts cannot be restored by MazBot after removal.

If you cannot access your MazBot account, for example because your subscription has expired and you do not want to renew it, you can request data deletion by contacting us at [email protected].

Disconnecting MazBot from Facebook or Meta

You can also remove MazBot from your Facebook or Meta account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account.
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Go to Apps and Websites.
  5. Find MazBot.
  6. Click Remove.

Important: Removing MazBot from Facebook or Meta may disconnect the integration, but it may not automatically delete all data stored inside your MazBot account. To request full deletion of stored data, please contact us at [email protected].

Processing Time

After receiving your deletion request, MazBot will review and process the request within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or compliance purposes.

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained when necessary for legitimate business or legal reasons, including:

  • Billing and invoice records.
  • Security logs needed to protect MazBot and its users.
  • Records required for legal, tax, compliance, or fraud prevention purposes.
  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics that do not identify you personally.

تعليمات حذف البيانات باللغة العربية

إذا كنت تستخدم منصة MazBot وتستطيع الدخول إلى حسابك، يمكنك حذف بيانات حساب واتساب المرتبط من داخل لوحة التحكم مباشرة.

لحذف بيانات واتساب، ادخل إلى:

Settings → WhatsApp → Remove WhatsApp Account

عند الضغط على زر Remove WhatsApp Account، سيتم حذف ربط حساب واتساب من MazBot، بالإضافة إلى حذف المحادثات وجهات الاتصال المرتبطة بهذا الحساب من داخل MazBot.

تنبيه مهم: هذا الإجراء نهائي. بعد حذف محادثات واتساب وجهات الاتصال المرتبطة بالحساب، لا يمكن لـ MazBot استعادتها مرة أخرى.

في حالة عدم قدرتك على الدخول إلى حسابك، مثل انتهاء الاشتراك وعدم رغبتك في تجديده، يمكنك طلب حذف البيانات من خلال التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني:

برجاء إرسال البيانات التالية:

  • البريد الإلكتروني المستخدم في حساب MazBot.
  • اسم الشركة أو مساحة العمل داخل MazBot.
  • توضيح أنك ترغب في حذف بياناتك.
  • تحديد التكامل المطلوب حذفه إن وجد، مثل Meta Ads أو WhatsApp Business.

سنقوم بمراجعة طلبك ومعالجته خلال مدة معقولة، مع الاحتفاظ بأي بيانات لازمة لأسباب قانونية أو أمنية أو محاسبية عند الحاجة.
