MazBot is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides WhatsApp automation tools, chat management, and marketing solutions using the official WhatsApp Business API (or Gateway). Disclaimer: MazBot is an independent service provider and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
3. Account Registration & Security
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (password and API tokens).
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription, Payments, and Refunds
Subscription: Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly).
Payments: You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing plan you select.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
5. Acceptable Use & WhatsApp Policy (Crucial)
You agree to use MazBot in compliance with all applicable laws and WhatsApp’s Business Messaging Policy. You are strictly prohibited from:
Sending Spam or unsolicited bulk messages to users who have not opted-in.
Sending content that is illegal, offensive, violent, or promotes hate speech.
Violating the intellectual property rights of others.
Limitation of Liability regarding WhatsApp Bans: MazBot provides the tool for messaging, but YOU are responsible for the content and behavior. MazBot is NOT responsible if your WhatsApp number is banned, suspended, or restricted by Meta/WhatsApp due to your violation of their policies. No refunds will be issued in the event of a WhatsApp ban caused by user misuse.
6. Intellectual Property
MazBot Rights: The software, code, design, and brand of MazBot are owned by us and protected by copyright laws.
User Data: You retain full ownership of the data (contacts, messages) you upload to the system. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service to you.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
Our service may integrate with third-party services (like OpenAI, Google Sheets, or Payment Gateways). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, specifically if you use the service for spamming or illegal activities.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or that WhatsApp will not change its API in a way that affects the service functionality.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MazBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or profits) arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Egypt.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
