By accessing or using https://mazbot.net/ ("MazBot", "we", "us", "our", or "the Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access, use, register for, or subscribe to our services.
These Terms apply to all users of MazBot, including website visitors, registered users, subscribers, businesses, administrators, employees, team members, and any person or entity using the platform on behalf of a business.
2. Description of Service
MazBot is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides WhatsApp automation tools, chat management, customer communication, team inbox, marketing, workflow automation, artificial intelligence features, integrations, and related business messaging solutions using the official WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API.
MazBot is an independent technology provider that offers software solutions built on top of the official WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API.
MazBot may participate in Meta’s business, technology provider, or partner programs where applicable. However, MazBot is an independent company and is not owned, operated, controlled by, or acting as an agent of Meta Platforms, Inc., WhatsApp LLC, or any of their affiliates.
All WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Meta names, logos, trademarks, and service marks are the property of their respective owners. Use of these marks on our website or platform is for identification and compatibility purposes only and does not imply ownership by MazBot.
Use of WhatsApp Business Platform features through MazBot remains subject to Meta’s and WhatsApp’s applicable terms, policies, pricing, messaging rules, account review, and approval requirements.
Meta and WhatsApp may update their services, APIs, pricing, policies, approval requirements, messaging limits, quality ratings, or enforcement rules from time to time. MazBot is not responsible for changes made by Meta or WhatsApp, but we may update our platform, features, service availability, or terms as needed to remain compatible and compliant.
3. Account Registration and Security
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering for MazBot or using our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, API tokens, access keys, employee accounts, and any connected business accounts.
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including actions performed by your team members, employees, contractors, administrators, or any person you authorize to access your MazBot account.
You agree to notify MazBot immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or a security breach involving your account.
MazBot is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials or manage your team access properly.
4. Subscription, Payments, Fees, and Refunds
Subscription: MazBot services may be billed on a monthly, yearly, prepaid, postpaid, usage-based, credit-based, or custom plan basis, depending on the selected package or agreement.
Payments: You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing plan, subscription, add-ons, usage, credits, or services you select.
Billing Information: You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to keep it updated.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle unless otherwise stated in your plan or agreement.
Refunds: Subscription fees and consumed usage-based credits or fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written refund policy published by MazBot.
Meta / WhatsApp Fees: Some WhatsApp Business Platform features may be subject to Meta or WhatsApp conversation, messaging, template, or platform-related fees. These fees are separate from MazBot subscription fees unless expressly stated otherwise. MazBot may display, estimate, collect, or pass through such fees where applicable, but final pricing, calculation, availability, and enforcement are governed by Meta’s systems, rate cards, and applicable policies.
Usage-Based Fees and Credits: Certain features, including messaging, automation, AI credits, integrations, API usage, storage, media processing, or third-party services, may be billed based on usage. Consumed credits, usage-based fees, and third-party charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Failed Payments: If payment fails, MazBot may suspend, limit, or terminate access to paid features until all outstanding amounts are paid.
Taxes: Prices may exclude taxes, duties, government fees, or payment processing charges unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or charges related to your use of the service.
